2. Placing an Order
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order because of:
- suspected fraud,
- errors in product details or pricing,
- product unavailability.
3. Payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit/debit cards and cash on delivery.
Payment must be made in full before we process and dispatch your order.
4. Delivery
We deliver throughout Europe with reliable, tracked delivery services. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery time starts from the date payment is received, not from the order date.
Estimated delivery times from the payment date: Slovenia, Croatia and Austria 5–12 business days; Germany, Italy and Hungary 5–15 business days; other EU and non-EU countries 10–20 business days.
Additional customs charges may apply for countries outside the EU and are borne by the customer.
5. Returns Policy
If you believe you have received a faulty item, contact us immediately at info@borimo.se. Our team will guide you through the return process.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed upon return, you may choose a replacement item or a full refund.
Important:
- Personalized items cannot be returned if you ordered the wrong size.
- We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or damaged through improper use.
- If an item is not damaged but you want a return or exchange, the customer bears the return costs.
Do not send items back without contacting us first.

6. Right to Cancel (EU Consumer Law)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Personalized items are excluded. To exercise this right, contact us at info@borimo.se.
7. Warranty & Legal Guarantee
In line with EU consumer law, all products come with a two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a product develops a fault within two years that is not caused by misuse, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
8. Discount Codes
Discount codes are valid only for the specified period. They cannot be transferred, combined with other offers, or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse codes used incorrectly.
