By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We accept the following payment methods:

- Payment on delivery (Pay on Delivery)
Payment must be received in full before the order is processed and shipped.
4. Shipping Information
We deliver across Europe with reliable, tracked services. All orders are processed within 2-4 working days (Mon-Fri). Delivery timeframes below start from the day we receive your payment, not the order placement date.

5. Returns Policy
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@borimo.se. Our team will guide you through the return process.
If the returned item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, you may choose between:
- a replacement product, or
- a full refund.
Important:

Personalised items (including customised Judo Suits or gear) cannot be returned or exchanged if the wrong size was ordered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed or damaged due to misuse.

If the item is not faulty and you wish to return or exchange it, the return shipping cost are covered by the customer.
How to Return an Item

2. Include all required information in the form.
3. Email the completed form to info@borimo.se
4. Wait for confirmation and return address instructions from our team.
Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
6. Right to Cancel (EU Consumer Law)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, provided that:
- products are unused,
- unwashed,
- in their original packaging.
This excludes personalised items.

7. Warranty & Legal Guarantee
In line with EU consumer law, all products come with a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. This means that if a product develops a fault within 2 years that is not caused by misuse, you are entitled to:

- a full refund (if repair/replacement is not possible).
8. Discount Codes
Discount codes are valid only for the specified period. They cannot be transferred, combined with other offers, or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse codes used incorrectly.
